This is an unworn, unaltered exquisite Tony Ward dress from his 2017 Spring collection. The dress is still in its original packaging from Kleinfelds. It is an off-white, silk, strapless, a-line gown with floral embroidery throughout the bodice and skirt. Custom designed matching embroidered shoulder straps, designed by Tony Ward himself (who was present at the time of sale and conceptualized the design feature), which can be added to the gown (if strapless is not desired), are included (not pictured).
The style is a soft and romantic play on a classic sillouhette. The dress allows for extra tulle to be added or removed to create either a true a-line or ballgown shape. The dress bodice has boning for support and structure and the skirt is light weight and easy to wear for a night on the dance floor. For reference, I am 5'3" and typically wear between a size 4 and 6; this dress was purchased on the larger side to be altered down. Depending on alterations, there is an option to have a short train, but a cathedral length matching veil is being sold separately (featured in some photos).
