The silhouette is a lovely princess style, with a fitted bodice, that has been customized with a real lace up corset back for that hourglass look. The skirt is made of delicate layers of tulle covered with seed pearls and small feathers. When the dress was being altered, a loop was added to assist with dancing and walking. This dress was a size 14 originally, but with the custom corset, it fits down to a size 12. I needed the extra fabric so as to better fit a smaller waist, with larger DD chest. I am 5'6 , so the dress length was also altered to just reach the ground when wearing 3 inch heels.
